Halona is a proud mother of 3 (ages 11, 8, 5). Her oldest daughter Devyne was diagnosed with Lupus at the age of 9 which has fueled her passion to meet other families and organizations to support programs, events and our communities to allow kids with Lupus and other autoimmune diseases to connect with other kids living with the same conditions. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, nature walks and family vacations.
Halona works as an Account Manager with Access and has served on the Board as Secretary and Membership Chair for AIIM and ARMA. She and her husband also own and operate Tip Tows.
As members of the advisory council for the Sjögren’s and Lupus Foundation of Hawaii, both Halona and Dev bring a wealth of knowledge and support for those living with both autoimmune diseases in our communities.
